Return & Cancellation Policies
General Returns:
I do not except returns unless products are damaged. If an item is received damaged please email nlightenedcreations@gmail.com as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund or to be sent a new product for free (not including shipping). Once the item is received I will inspect and contact you about the eligibility of your refund request.
You have 30 days from the day of purchase to contact me. If I respond and receive no further communication from you and the 30 days have ended, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or return.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact me IMMEDIATELY so the order will not be processed and shipped. Inability to contact me in a timely manner regarding package cancellations BEFORE an item is shipped will result in a non refundable charge-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping will be covered by YOU if a package was sent out and cancellation was not efficiently provided in a timely manner
I pride myself in the time I spend packaging and personalizing each order, my time is precious to me. Therefore, when I carefully and thoughtfully package an order, ship it out and then receive a notification of cancellation, that's time and energy I could have spent putting together another customers order. So please be courteous to me, my time and my other customers!

Delivery to Canada and International customers
Delivery for Canada and International may take longer due covid19, every country has different situation. Please be patient if you live outside Canada and your order is international, allow an extra time for delivery.
• all measurements in this shop are in the imperial system. If you are not sure about size, please take time to look at the ruler or use some other measuring method.
• bear in mind that the color on the pictures may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor color setting.
• especially international buyers, be aware that there are possible custom charges in your country.
DOMESTIC PACKAGES
• package is usually shipped whitin 1 - 3 business days via Canada Post after receiving payment.
• please keep on your mind that once I give your package to Canada Post is up to them how fast they will deliver. It's not always as fast as it should be. Priority shipping that says 1-3 business days is not guaranteed to deliver on time, according to Canada Post.
• I will provide you with tracking for your package. If insurance or signature confirmation is desired, please contact me before checking out. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
• international orders are insured with out request
• allow 14+ days for delivery depending on destination and time of year.
• make sure the shipping address includes your first and last name and is filled in the English alphabet/ otherwise I'm not able to ship it.
• please note that you, the purchaser, are responsible for any duties, tariffs, VAT or other taxes which may apply to purchases in your country.
